Dawn Upshaw is a four-time Grammy® Award-winning performer and is a favored partner of many leading musicians who include: Richard Goode, the Kronos Quartet, James Levine, Sir Simon Rattle, and Esa-Pekka. Applauded in the opera houses of New York, Paris, Salzburg and Vienna, she has sung nearly 300 performances and is featured on more than 50 recordings, including the million-selling Symphony No. 3 by Henryk Gorecki. Upshaw has been a guest of President Clinton and Mrs. Clinton on the NBC special, "Christmas in Washington," was a winner of the Young Concert Artists auditions and also a winner of the Walter M. Naumberg Competition. This DVD shows how Upshaw has performed at a level of artistry surpassed by none and matched by few.
